Shipping Info
Mae Designs is based in Bolton, Ontario and ships within Canada and US. Shipping rates are based upon a fixed rate of $11.00 (in Canada) and $15.00 (in the United States) and will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are processed within 4 - 8 business days. The customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number
Exchanges/Returms
At Mae Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your items we offer the following return and exchange options:
In-Store Purchases (Mae Designs Pop-Up Location in Bolton):
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for store credit or an exchange. The items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please visit us during store hours to complete your exchange on Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
Online Purchases:
We want you to love what you ordered! If you need to make an exchange we offer 2 simple options:
1. Exchange in Person:
You may exchange your item(s) within 15 days at our Pop Up location in Bolton on Tuesday, Friday or Saturday during store hours. The items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2 Return by Mail for Credit:
Prefer to mail it back we offer a credit towards your next purchase.
To start a return:
Step 1: Email Us
Fill out the forms with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. We’ll guide you through the next step
Step 2: Repack your order
Place the items in the original packaging. The items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Step 3: Ship it back
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package and bring it to your local Post Office.
Ensure your package is shipped back within the 15 days of purchase. Once shipped please send us the tracking number. After we receive your package and confirm that it meets all of our quality standards a credit (excluding the original shipping fee) will be applied to your account.
