Shipping policy

Mae Designs is based in Bolton, Ontario and ships within Canada and US. Shipping rates are based upon a fixed rate of $11.00 (for Canada) and $15 (for the United States) and will be calculated at checkout.  

 

All orders are processed within 4 - 8 Business days.  The customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number 


Mae Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages via any of our courier companies. 


Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable duties when receiving their parcels.
